Stomach, Gallbladder And Liver Cancer Surgery Radicalgastrectomy for gastric cancer is generally performed after neoadjuvant chemotherapy, unless detected in the very early stages. This procedure entails removal of part of the stomach or the entire stomach along with removal of the surrounding lymph nodes.
